New to being a cat owner... Need your help.

I recently took my cat, Theodore, to the vet. They gave him a shot because he had the same problem he has now and I am unsure why its appearing again. Does anyone know what it could be? He's only around 10 months.

What part of the body is that on? What is it exactly (does it look like he licks/scratches it or is it a puncture, etc.)? Is he neutered? Does he go outside? Do you have other cats?

Thank you so much for replying. The scab is on his neck, it also feels bumpy. He does scratch at it and sometimes tries to lick if he could. I live in an apartment when I'm not home he stays in the balcony but is inside when I'm home. And no he is the only cat I have. Oh and I did get him neutered.
