Hot dogs on the grill with onions and peppers. No buns. With a salad.

We have some Ball Park 80-calorie hot dogs in the freezer that we're going to try.

I don't know yet. Rick really wants to go out for breakfast this morning, so I'm treating him at a local restaurant. I'll have to be careful and will have to really watch what I eat for the rest of the day, so I'm not sure about dinner tonight.

Went out for supper with a friend. I had salmon on a plank, with a lemon dill sauce on the side, veggies ( red pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms), a salad with creamy italian dressing on the side, and one glass of wine.

I ate 1/2 of my meal, the wine and a large glass of water.

I forgot to tell them, no added salt.. I have not been using added salt. It tasted so salty...not sure I will finish the leftovers. I was thinking of putting the salmon in a salad...maybe, or maybe not..

I feel bloated right now...drinking decaf green tea and water...

Rick really really wanted fried potatoes last night, although I think he would have been happy with fried anything. I sliced two small potatoes and threw them into a pan with a small ham slice for him and he was happy. For me. I made a salad and topped it with half of a ham slice.

Tonight's dinner for me will be the rest of my ham slice in a bit of a sandwich. Rick said he wants something from McDs. And I'm not going there yet.....I am not ready for fast food yet. (And I hope I don't cave!)

I'm having breakfast for dinner: I'll likely have eggs and hashbrowns and maybe a waffle.

I was so hungry for pizza. I tell you, I could have eaten a large pizza by myself last night, I wanted pizza that badly. The craving hit hard and it was nasty. A Craving from Hades. Definitely. I don't know what came over me.

So while we were at the grocery store, I bought a Lean Cuisine French Bread pepperoni pizza. 310 calories. That was my supper last night. Was it wonderful stuff? No, but it wasn't all that terribly bad either and it took the edge off the craving and that's what I needed more than anything. I'm good now.

Tonight I'm having the ham that I was supposed to have last night before the pizza craving took over. Rick has training today and tomorrow and the training seminars include lunch. Since he'll be eating larger lunches the next couple of days, he told me to just make dinner for myself tonight and tomorrow and he'll fend for himself. Works for me.

A repeat of last night, which was an arugula salad made with arugula from the garden, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, basil, roasted red peppers and mozzarella topped with grilled chicken.
