Her eye is runny and half closed, it was stuck shut but I wiped it with warm water on a cloth. she is not acting any different, I am really worried

Don't allow the eye to be crusted shut - you will need to keep wiping it for her as you did until she goes to the vet. The vet will give you eye ointment. You should bring her in asap.
