Hello,
I am new and saw this post. I need help. I can't get my new rescue to a vet just yet...Christmas is right around the corner and money is tight being tied up in bills.
I rescued a cat who had been roaming since June. She came up to us so we brought her in and fed her, which she seemed fine with. However...my fiance heard a crash coming from our pantry and the next day, our Mira was limping. Her front paw was where the pain was occurring. Now she can't walk on it. She won't let us look but I noticed swelling. Of course she isn't herself because she's in pain. We think it was linked to the fall, which contained glass, but her pads don't have and shards, and I inspected despite her grumbles.
What do I do? I want to get her looked at but I can't afford it :(

She needs a vet - there's no way around it. This might help though[article="32915"][/article]

She has to go to a vet.  This could get infected or worse.
