Don't know who to contact need advice

Hello about 10 weeks ago we discovered on my cat Souty a clean cut to his tail which we got treated to then about 4 weeks later he disappeared. However, his brother hidey we have found today with another clean cut under his armpit in an unusual place and we think someone been cutting them and then taking them I don't know what to do whether to call the non emergency police line or not but I don't want hidey to go missing as well. It was horrible for Souty to go missing please help

If you think your cats are being intentionally hurt, yes, notify the authorities. Animal Control or your local ASPCA or Humane Society would be who I would contact first.

Until then, I suggest keeping Hidey indoors only until this situation can be resolved.
