My little kitten was diagnosed with FIP and we had him euthanized. Angel was from the shelter. He was found abandoned on a roof where he fell and by fate got caught by a person. Therefore his name is Angel. He fell from the sky and "descended" to the ground. His actual birth is unknown but from the time I adopted him until the last moment, I wish I did everything possible to ease his pain and that my kitten had a peaceful way out. Even though it's only been two months, he felt like family and losing family is hard.. I hope he is in a better place.

It's so tragic to lose such a precious kitten at such a young age to such a horrible disease, my heart goes out to you for what you are going through. He knew he was loved and that meant everything to him, I wish  I wish I could take away your pain, sometimes it helps to share your agony with others who totally understand. Please accept my condolences on the loss of such an important part of your life, RIP sweet Angel!

He truly looks like an Angel.  I love the story of how he got his name; it's a beautiful tribute.   I am so sorry for your loss.

My condolences. It's difficult to lose a pet under any circumstances, but fate is really cruel when their lives are so short. At least Angel's was filled with love. RIP, little one. :rbheart:

I am so sorry. I've never had a cat with FIP but can imagine the loss of a young kitten right about the age they should be enjoying life, must be very painful. You really did your best. Hopefully someday there be a treatment for this awful disease. [emoji]128532[/emoji]

I'm so sorry about the loss of your dear little kitten Angel!  Each little life, no matter how short, still has such a huge impact on our lives.  They do leave paw prints on our hearts.
