Okay! Yes, she is definitely letting me know by every 2.5 hours that she is ready to eat! lol, seems to be evening out just perfect. She is eating about 15-20cc a feeding every 3 hours now.

and just because she is growing SO fast and is so adorable.

Someone is just growing and growing! I weigh her every 12 hours after her 12-hours feeding/pee/poop time just so I can note any changes that may arise, and she is 14.2oz now! Also, she had a little bitty poop that was well-formed. It wasn't much, but it was soft/formed. :)

And just because I am a paranoid person, naturally...Iol, I needed to do some of her vitals just for comfort and all is good, especially her temperature! I've had bad luck with kittens and their temperatures, so I felt the need to check it just to make sure all was well right now in that department for sure. I was worried about her not keeping as warm as I'd like her to since she has free reign now, but after she settles down, she goes right into her carrier and plops down on the heating pad to go to sleep every single time. :)

We have been playing and cuddle for about 30 minutes after each feeding. All is happy in Anna's world.

Thanks everyone! She is such a sweetie! :D

No, that is her color, thankfully! I haven't been having any problems with her little precious eyes. I thought it was a couple of times myself, but when I wipe it, nothing is ever on the towel, there is no discharge, nothing dried up or anything coming out of it! :)

I LOVE PetAg KMR, but with as much as she is drinking, it is getting way expensive with every 3 hours and how much of a piggy she is! lol and my pet store does not carry the powdered for that brand, only the canned at $9.99 a can.
I definitely do not want to switch to a different brand when she is doing so well with this one, but I hope she starts getting interested in the gruel again soon. I just went and bought the last two.

Tractor Supply has the liquid and powdered formula, but I really do not want to switch her to it since constipation has not been an issue, I really don't want it to be.

I fed her and went to clean the bottle, came back...and she walked over to it and POOPED in the litter box while I was gone and it was perfect poop! lol, and she peed in it earlier too.

If you just bought the last two cans you should be fine. She'll be eating mush again soon. This bottle nursing has been to comfort her and know when and how much she's eating while you got her acclimated. She should be good with mush between bottles like I suggested originally.

That's great news about her using the litter pan :).

I love bottle feeding her and I am sold on PetAg liquid formula because when it comes down to it, I always believe money will somehow work itself out...it always has, and I don't need much of anything. I spend my money on my kitties and my bills! She is doing great on this one so there is no way I could comfortably switch it. It is the only one I will use indefinitely. I had GNC powder for the other two kitties I had and really just did not like it at all. We are having a great experience with this brand.

I already know I am going to be sad when she is completely weaned. Nothing is more peaceful than watching a sweet little kitty drink her bottle and to be so happy!

I'll cut back on the updates unless I have any questions or concerns! But I will be updating you guys once a day about her on here so you can follow her growth, for sure!

My Walmart carries the PetAg KMR. Have you checked your Walmart? It's the same price that you paid at your pet store for it. I don't blame you for not wanting to use anything else!

My WalMart is really bad about keeping cat supplies in stock, other than food and litter, and some toys. I never have a problem if I buy their food there, but I can never find anything else I need, such as bottles or KMR. They have some brand that comes in a carton, but when I looked at them when I had Gravity, I didn't want to go with it. I can't remember the name, but mine hasn't ever had the PetAg, only Petsmart, but now I know Tractor Supply has it now too. They will be my go-to for the next ones. It's $8.99/can there. :) Petsmart was having a sale on all GNC stuff today, buy one, get one half off, and I was like booooooo! lol

I'm guessing it was Hartz. I've never needed KMR but I've looked (you never know what can/will happen) and that's all I've ever seen at Wal-Mart. It's been quite interesting reading all this though still sorry about Gravity and Sparrow though.

@Tsukiyomi  Thank you so much! I miss those babies. It's sad to realize just how unhealthy they were and that there was nothing more I could do, and that there was nothing I did wrong. Seeing this kitten thrive, watching videos of other little kittens, makes me realize just how sick they were from the start and it breaks my heart. She is meeting all her milestones and beyond. Anna LOVES to eat. She has went poopy in litter box twice. She tries to run, she plays already.

I am not sure if it was Hartz, I think it may have even been a worse brand than that. I usually recognize the Hartz label, and this was light purple with a lot of white on the carton as well. I think it was $9.88 and it was a lot of milk, so I didn't trust the quality of it.

I hate being so on edge worrying she will take a turn for the worse because of what I went through with those two angels. Every single feeding that she is still happy, healthy, and hungry, I thank God.

I am just glad that in hindsight I can really understand that putting my hurt aside, I showed Gravity and Sparrow so much love they would have never known of had I not rescued them from their situations...and to me, now I can see that is worth all of my hurt.

I hope and pray multiple times a day that this baby will stay healthy and that nothing will go wrong with her. We already love her so much. My husband came and watched me feed her last night and he had to wipe his eyes. So sweet seeing him that way. Usually he is fussing about me bringing another cat in the house! lol, but he loves her and already knew right from the start, we were her permanent parents.

This little piggy ate 150cc this 24-hr period and is 14.5oz, gaining 14g!

She has had diarrhea again throughout the night, but is still eating great. She never had an accident in her crate, but did it twice in litter box and once with some stimulation. It's pretty runny consistency at this point. I am going to see about bringing her into the vet that I thoroughly trust to be checked out today. The other vet I used to go to, I do not like their method of treating kittens. They never do anything, but check their temp and prescribe antibiotics "just in case something is going on" and do not even seem to care to try to really see what is going on. I haven't been giving her anymore wet kitten food, just her bottle, so not too sure on why it came back after a perfect normal poop yesterday.

She may have parasites. They are a big cause of diarrhea. A vet check is a good idea.

If you've been adding oil to her bottles you may need to pull back on that.

As much formula as she's drinking, and with her weight being near a pound, she's probably ready to go back to mush soon though.

She still sounds very healthy overall to me, and it's great to hear that she had enough control to make it to the litter box!

Let us know what the vet says today.
