How often and how much are you feeding the kitten?
What age do you estimate she is?
Can you weigh her and tell us how much she weighs?
The kitten needs 8 mL of formula for every ounce of weight within a 24-hour period.
Adding a few drops of olive or vegetable oil to the formula at each feeding should help with the constipation.

If you can figure out her weight you will know how much to feed on a daily basis. The formula is 8ml per ounce of kitten's weight per 24 hour period.
At 4 weeks you can start slowly introducing wet kitten food mixed w/formula into a mush.

Are you sure you're giving her enough food? If she is crying she is still hungry.

Really no need for a vet, it only takes missing feeding for a short period, which can be when you found her, to dehydrate her enough to back her up.
Start adding several drops of oil in to her bottles, if she doesn't go within another day or two I will explain how to give her an enema, it's easy.

Have you been rubbing the belly and working things down towards that end?
I would give it a few more feedings before moving to an enema.

The warm water is supposed to be on her bum while you gently tap. You can also give her clear pedialyte between feedings to increase her fluid intake - say 1-2 mL.

Continue adding the oil drops to her bottles.
You can also try a glycerin suppository shaved down in size to a sliver and gently insert and hold it there while it melts.
This helps sometimes too.
Otherwise she is moving towards needing an enema.
