One of my friends accidentaly stepped on my kittens head. He is around 80k, but reacted quite quickly so he didn't stomp my poor kitten to death.
The whole stuff happened an hour ago.
The kitten looks okay and doesn't meowing. I tried to locate any mark of injury in her head, but haven't found anything.
I am petting her right now, and she is purring. Even runs around, but looks "tired".

Keep her in your mind for a minute. :C
I am broken. :C

She may have suffered internal trauma. If that is the case, she will begin to act lethargic and her movements may become spastic. If that happens, you need to see a vet. Keep a close eye on her. I hope she was not injured!

Well, she looks okay. I hope there isn't any internal injury.
She doesn't react if I touch her head on different spots.
I'll keep you informed.

This would not show on the outside, it would be swelling internally, that you will not see.

If you notice she acts sleepy, confused, off balance, any of these or other signs, her eyes look different or one or both closed halfway, or her pupils are not exactly the same size, then she needs to go to the vet asap. They will put her on an anti-inflammatory to reduce the brain swelling.

Amazingly these kittens do recover quite well.

Age?

It's been a day since the whole stuff happened.
She looks okay right now. Play with the others, eat, and sleep of course.
Still doesn't react badly if I touch her head, or pet her.

She doesn't show the signs of seizures, and can walk, play, run properly.
Is it possible that she didn't get anything serious?

Apparently that is so. Puh!

Go buy a lottery ticket, as luck is heavily running with you now, and if you are the least religious, lit a candle in the church at nearest occasion, to show your gratitude and say thanks..

Alternatively, you can please donate some dollars to some nice, worthy cause.  Doctors without boundaries, for example.

It sounds as though your kitten has not suffered serious injury. I think if a full 24 to 36 hours go by and your kitten shows no unusual symptoms, you can safely assume she has used up one of her nine lives and will remain healthy! :)
