Sounds like she's doing great! They don't have to poop after every single feeding, so all sounds good. Let's see how she does with extra food! Might be the golden ticket! :)

I'm sure I have read in other threads that you have to make sure the kitten is warm enough before and when feeding or they don't digest their feeds, so holding her and keeping her warm should help too.   I hope she stops struggling so much, she must use up a lot of calories that way!   What a feisty little kitty.

I have began keeping her in the bathroom instead of the bedroom, and also feed her in there. I take her nest out when we are taking showers and put her in our hallway for a bit, which is also just as warm compared to kitchen, living room, and bedroom, so she will not be around moisture/humidity. It is a lot warmer in our bathroom and hallway than other parts of the house. We used window units and do not have one in the bathroom, although it stays comfortable, it is quite warmer compared to the other rooms that get a bit chilly as the night goes on. Although half of her nest is warm, moving her to a warmer location just to be on the safe side to maintain warmth to where it should be..

I am so happy that she has been eating 3.4-4.2cc each feeding all day today, When I weighed her at 8:30 this morning I was distraught that she had went down .01oz, but to me that was somewhat of a relief at this point, because she had been losing .05 every day until this morning. Her appetite has gotten so much better and she is using the nipple a lot better that I attach to the syringe. I can only see improvement from here at this point and really hope to see weight gain at her next weigh in with making sure she is definitely maintaing her warmth before, during, and after feeding and with her intaking as much as she is now.

Now that she is feeding better I feel sure that you will see weight gain very soon! You are doing everything just right! :)

I decided to weigh since this morning and I will be taking her to my vet first thing tomorrow morning bright and early. She is still losing! Could it possibly be worms? Because this is killing me, despite all of her good eating, this is still happening...and she is so strong and has such a good meow and started purring for the first time today... :( I hope they can help her.

Could be worms. She is too young for any vaccines yet. And she would need minuscule amounts of worm medicine that is safe for kittens. A lot of vets do not have experience with tiny kittens.

She sounds very healthy. She just may need more time too. What formula are you using and how are you mixing it?

I am giving her PetAg KMR and I am just doing it by itself, with nothing else. I was using pedialyte, but her BMs stopped being runny, so I stopped using it. I hope she just needs more time. I swear she doesn't act sick at all, but the weight loss is scaring me. The scale is saying she is at 115g now and it's hard for me to wrap my head around when I watch so closely to her intake and it's right where it should be.

Are you sure the scale is accurate? Or that there is no other variable that occurred when you weighed her originally?

You have had her for four days now, right? And you are mixing her formula 2:1?

Every two hours, like clockwork. Have not skipped anything, and I work with her sometimes for 30 minutes to get her to go even if it is just a tiny bit over 3cc, but generally I have been able to get 4cc or only lacking a tiny bit of being at 4cc in her the past 8 feedings, but the working is not because she isn't hungry, she just rather suckle on my finger or chin while trying to get something out of them instead. <3

I DO think something could have interfered with the scale the first day I had her, but I weight her about 3 times back to back just to make sure it is accurate. Yes, I am going on 4 days with her now, and I am using the canned formula. Do you think I should go out and get the powdered?

Yes! Get the powder and let's see if it makes a difference. I am betting it will. Plus you can mix it thicker. :)

And if the scale wasn't right, it may not be so alarming, because she had some diarrhea, and you were adding pedialyte. All that's over, so let's see if she gains in the next 12 to 24 hours!

Aww. So, so precious!

Are you taking her to the vet tomorrow? I'm not convinced it's totally necessary.

No, I am going to wait and see how the powdered kitten milk does for her and see how her weight looks tomorrow morning. :) I was wanting to ask though, when you said I could thicken it, how would you recommend the ratio for if I did thicken it? :)

Since you are switching from the liquid to the powder, use the 2:1 ratio that the directions recommend initially. Let's see how she does on that before changing anything so we have a baseline. Then, if she's not gaining weight in 24 hours, we'll make a change.

Are you weighing her every 12 hours right now?

Also, have her eyes and ears begun to open yet?
