I thought she might have them today. She was meowing like she was in heat last night and growling this morning. I'm so glad she's doing so well!

We have two happy, perfect kittens :) she took care of both placentas. We have a little white one who could very well end up looking just like her, and a tiny black baby who looks just like dad. The perfect little family!

It sounds like it's been a good day :). I am glad the babies are healthy and that mom is well too. Let us know if anything changes!

You can hear her purring for miles. I got the pet ag KMR and some bottles, plus a nice litter box for the babies :)

As long as the babies are nursing well, you won't need the KMR for them, but mom can drink some each day, and the kittens will love it when they are weaning.

They will need the litter box in about a month. It's so nice that you are prepared :).

She's been sitting on them sometimes, is this normal? She has plenty of space under there.

She doesn't need to sit on them. Can you try to move them out from under the box spring and into a proper nest now that she's done?

Mom wants to give them a day. But I'm worried she'll just leave them there while they grow up so we don't know if something

s happened.

Tell your mom it's okay to move them. Mama kitty may protest but she'll follow. I would think they would be more comfortable elsewhere.

But cats in the wild have kittens in all sorts of tight places!

She's gonna move them. We can see two babies but not the other two. I'm not sure where they are, they might be under her. Poor mama acted like she was starving.

Oh, I am so glad to hear this! So mama is out eating now?

Get some pictures for us after they are moved if you can :).
