Need to Rehome a Sick Cat, any advice?

I need to find a new home for my cat who has rhinitis, IBD, and GERD and requires a lot of treatment daily. Does anyone know of any organizations or where a good place would be to start looking to find a home for him that would not only continue his treatments but give him a nice life too?

It is asking a lot of anyone, whether an individual or an organisation.shelter, to take on the expense and trouble of a cat who needs constant medication and care, and who might possibly infect any other cats he comes into contact with. May I ask why you are trying to rehome him?
