Are her eyes the same color when you look at her? If so, it's probably just a reflection of the camera's flash and nothing to worry about.

Best regards.

Is she walking okay?  We had one of our cats last Monday, slip and fall from jumping from the cedar chest to the foot-board (4ft tall) of our antique bed.  He landed with a thud and started spinning around in circles w/o using his front legs only.  he also let out a blood-curdling scream.  He looked like he was spasming, and we got him to the vet just as quickly as we could.

The vet diagnosed a Vestibular disorder based on the fact that one pupil was larger than the other.

To make a long story shorter, the vet administered a long-lasting antibiotic.  Blood work came back just fine.  When I brought him home from an overnight stay for observation, he wobbled around like a drunken sailor.  The next day he was much better, although he walked with his hind feet deliberately put down as though commanding the floor not to move.  The next day he was better, then I took him in to the vet for a check on Friday.  The pupils were normal, and we both decided that Shadow had had a low-grade inner ear infection.

The vet had observed one ear that was inflamed on one side, and I noted that Shadow's appetite had picked up markedly over what it had been.  Now, we have two totally outside cats, and Shadow and his brother can come and go as they please, so I really couldn't say how much Shadow had eaten outside.  However, inside, instead of picking at his Fancy Feast Classic, he gobbled it down.

Today, Shadow is looking and behaving just like his normal self.

I apologize for the long post, but I ope this helps you with your kitty.
