meowing after surgery

My cat is about 5 yo and recently had an emergency surgery [she had pyometra] it's been about 1 month since surgery and everything is healed up nicely but she does meow a lot and it seems like under the incision is quite lumpy... she had one larger firm more round lump right under the incision but now it's more like mini sausage shaped [lol first thing that came to mind] and it's a bit squishier.  is this normal?  doesn't seem like she's in pain and she's always the first one running to the food dish when i fill it up!  

Hmm..  I would call your vet and see what they think about the lumps near the incision site.  

Does she meow a lot at certain times?  Does it sound different than other meows she makes?
