My baby!

I love y'all.

I don't have to wait much longer, Pollyanna. I get him next weekend! I'll have him this time next week. I've been waiting since the first week of October. I'm so glad it's almost over.

I imagine sphinxes to be so fragile, I suppose on more furry cats, the fur hides the fact that they are fragile little cuties undernieth the "clothings"

I thought that too with out the furr they just look do fragile! I want to put alittle sweater on him to keep him warm I would love to see one in person!

He is cute. I've always wanted to pet one. I just don't like the wrinkles between their eyes. I'm sure he is just as cuddlely as cats with fur. Oh and can you call him your furbaby???

Do they groom themselves like cats with fur do? (I want to say regular cats, but he is a regular cat)

P.S. At least you don't have to worry about coughing up furballs

That little guy seem to have alot of spirit and character already - I can see it in his eyes!!! Can't wait to hear stories about his antics!!!!

..and of course he is absolutely munchable!!!!!!

When is he coming home??

If anyone lives close, you're more than welcome to come see him in person! I know I couldn't wait to visit him. I didn't know WHAT to expect! I sort of thought he'd feel like an elephant or pig.

He was about the size of a coke can when I saw him, but his mommy was there and she was strong and firm. I'd say they're like mini dobermans. Skinny, but sturdy.

The do lick but they need baths once a week, more or less depending on that the weather and air is like. W/o any fur to absorb their natural oils they can get oily if you don't bathe them and then dirt gets stuck in the oil. His mommy kissed him so much he had little sores on his head, but he's all better now.

I actually got him a couple of sweaters but I'm not sure if he'll like them or not. I would like them if I was naked but he's a kitty so I don't know! I'll just have to see what he thinks when he has one on. I'll take pics of that!

Did you try to place some of the sweaters on yet ? I would love to see the pics . I just looked at him again I am still in love with him . I bet he is really cute in person .

The place I bought Simba (my Bengal) from, they had a Sphinx kitten for sale. He was very lovable, and adorable in person. I got to hold him and play with him. However, I couldn't let myself fall in love with him, because he was really expensive. Way beyond what I could afford to pay.

Cupid is a handsome guy! I met one of Mr Bigglesworth's littermates last year and got to pet him, it was such a cool experience! I had never touched a Sphynx before. I thought that he felt like warm suede. He was a sweetie pie! And yes, his owner said that he wears sweaters in the wintertime.

I used to think that the Sphynx breed is ugly. Then, the more I looked at them, the cuter (in an alien-ish way) they became. Your baby is a cutie who probably feels like a chamois (or so I've read). LOL
