Yukon.

Must be my brain this morning but the first 'place' I thought of was Yetiland.....

I just noticed how we went from the letter J to "L". Of course, I was told that Luxembourg City, Luxembourg is a beautiful place, and I only found out this year, that it's in central europe.

But I am going to throw in Kismet, Kansas, USA, just to cover the letter K.)

I think you're right

mservant ...except I don't think it's actually called Atlantis - rather, it's the real city that caused the legend of Atlantis to come about (that is, if I'm thinking of the right documentary...) :confuse3:

(Yeah, see, I might have actually believed the story of "finding Atlantis" if it were MickNSnicks2mom who wrote it, but seeing that you're both from the other side of the Atlantic, I'm not so sure.

Besides, there seems to be tons of UK documentaries, and all seem credible...but are they really? Idk, since MickNSnick2mom posted that interesting "lost city" and the guy actually disappeared looking for it...I'm not going to go looking for Atlantis, any time soon.)

Legends are often based on some grain of truth...particularly if it's known where the legend originated (in this case, it was Plato). Don't be so insulting to us Brits please...especially as you live in the land of conspiracy theorists
