I rescued a feral kitten when she was 4 weeks old. She was super sick with a URI and got antibiotics. Now she's fine, except that her eyes water constantly. Vet said she is not sick but it could be she was born with abnormal tear ducts. Anyone familiar with this??

Just bumping this iup.  I, personally have not heard of this, but I guess anything is possible.  So did they rule out Feline Herpes?  That often causes runny eyes, but not constantly I don't think.  It is certainly  common in cats, so I've been told.  Most people give L-lysine for it.

I agree it sounds like feline herpes.  a pinch of l-lysine in her food once a day for a month or so may help, and you may want to discuss feline herpes with your vet.  Generally there are 2 types of infected eyes,  goopy = bacterial and watery = viral.  There are antiviral eye creams available.
