10 week old kitten 3rd eyelid showing and lethargic

My kitten has been lethargic since last night and he will eat soft cat food but not hard food. He feels a little warm too. His 3rd eyelid on the left side is showing and it's covering about half of his eye and is swollen and red. I'm taking him to the vet in a few days but I just want to see if anyone can give me some ideas until then.

Hi and welcome to TCS.

It's hard to say. He might have a fever, possibly be developing an upper respiratory infection, or something else.  10 week old kittens are very fragile.   I would get him to a vet ASAP.
