Feline Acne?

My cat shadow has what looks like a pimple on his stomach. he has a couple of them. He also has red bumps at the base of his tail.

It looks like a nipple to me... does he have them on both sides of his belly or are they close together?

Red bumps on his tail could be flea bite.

I think that's the consensus here, yes. We all think it's a nipple. Your description of several others just like it on his belly supports that. I know it's odd to think of a male cat as having nipples, but all of them do, just like male humans do. It's nothing odd or worrisome.
