@Stewball tilapia is a white fish. I am not a big fish fan.. but it's my favorite.

Went to dinner for my birthday (it's on Thursday) at a local upscale pizza place with my parents. :) We shared bread sticks and I had a side ceasar salad and a personal pan pizza. The pizza has pesto for sauce, sundried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pine nuts and cheese. I only had a piece... and then I had a "free" dessert from the coupon I got in my e-mail from the company. It was a huge slice of Mud Pie which is mocha ice cream, fudge, almonds on a chocolate cookie crust covered in chocolate syrup. It was a great dinner and I have rest of the pizza left for lunch tomorrow!

Shells and cheese. Tonight was a bit of a cop out when it came to dinner since I felt lazy after an afternoon of running errands.

You should Google tilapia. It says it is so unhealthy that it's better to eat bacon and burgers than that fish.
Please Google it. Please.

I like tilapia, too. It's a bottom feeder; that's why it's not the healthiest fish around. We eat it. Not often, but we eat it.

Not sure about tonight. I'm thinking balsamic chicken breasts in the pressure cooker.

I love tilapia too but rarely ever eat it. I had some this past weekend, it was so good.

Spaghetti tonight. The kids love it and love making a huge mess with it. I always have to wash the entire high chair after spaghetti night.

I saw that article. Good thing I prefer bacon and burgers.

i don't like tilapia. I'm not a big fish person in general though. Tilapia is too fishy tasting for me. Then again, if it's not from the Gorton's fisherman or Mrs Paul, i probably won't eat it. I do love shrimp and a some shellfish. No oysters though.

I don't know who Gorton or Mrs. Paul are. I'm not American and I don't live in America
Stop eating that fish though.

They are frozen food companies who make frozen fish dishes.

I can't stop eating it. I've tasted it once and will never eat it again. It was not to my taste. Sometimes I have the taste buds of a toddler though.

Last night we had Hamburger Helper Cheeseburger Macaroni. Yum. It's the only boxed/package meal we ever eat, other than DH's gross obsession with Cup-O-Noodles- all that sodium is going to kill him one day. The HHCM is so tasty. I get a craving for it about twice a month and can think of nothing else untill I eat some. In the past, we tried a couple of the other HH flavors, but found them to be pretty nasty.

Tonight, I am making a whole chicken in the crockpot with gravy, with mashed potatoes and carrots on the side.

Beef stroganoff with a small salad on the side and possibly pudding for dessert if I have enough energy after dinner.

I quickly made a salmon burger, from Trader Joe's, on a small multi-grain pita, with some tartar sauce....Got upset about a major 'something'...so that was enough...

now to handle my stress..

what is "surprise rice"?

or is it, "chicken surprise"??????   :lol3:
It's 'chicken, now there's a surprise'.
If you pay attention you'll notice that 97% of the time I eat chicken. Sorry to have bamboozled you.

I took a chicken breast from the freezer last night. We are having stir-fried chicken with brown rice.

We eat a lot of chicken, too....much to Dear Richard's dismay.
