Jemma had her first set of injections at the Vets today. She has spent the day since being very subdued and sitting on my wife;s knee most of the time. Don't remember our two males being so down after they had theirs. Is this normal? She yowled all the  way there, yowled all the time in there and yowled all the way home, by the way. Perhaps she is feeling hard done to?

Some of our cats have responded to their vaccines this way.  If she doesn't perk up then I'd call your vet just to ease your mind

I've had cats react that way too. I'm not sure if it's the vaccine or the stress of the vet visit but they tend to be back to normal by the next day. I'd just keep a close eye on her and call the vet if she's not better by tomorrow.

I agree with bot comments, some do and some don't, no telling why this is but usually gone within the next day or so, and if not then of course by all means, call the vet and let them know about it.

She also had ALOT of stress today, so she is worn out to boot :)

Wild child again this morning. We had to go out all day and leave her alone. she has probably sprinkled every corner of every room with urine while we were away. Not a nice welcome home scent! At present she is playing football with a hazel nut, stolen from a bowl on the top of the upright freezer. I think she has recovered!
