Cat vaccinations

I want to know what is the healthiest option.

3 individual vaccines yearly, 3 in one every 3 years. How long do one year really last, I heard vacvines are over used sometimes. If a cat skips a year of rabies/leukemia will the vaccine still be active? Reason is my cat got 2 out of 3 at different times and I was hoping to do them all at once.

Any known side effects?

This older thread has some good points. I only vaccinate this way. Initial kitten vaccines. Then again at one year - 18 months. Then not again for another three years. Always opt for the Three Year Rabies - Purvax only if your county requires it. I don't vaccinate my cats anymore against rabies other than the kitten. IMO vaccines are WAY over used. Vets make money on the yearly vaccinations (and push them) as does the drug companies and then vets make even more money when the cats become ill with disease or chronic conditions from over vaccinating. It can completely kill healthy immune systems or if a pet has an issues during vaccine time then the immune system will be more damaged. You can also google Vaccinosis in cats for more information. I have another link of good information and am searching for it now.

There is much evidence that core vaccines confer immunity for a very, very long time, even life.
