Hi, some of you may know from my other posts that I've just taken in a neglected neighbourhood cat. About 2-3 weeks ago when she was still living outdoors she turned up on my back doorstep with a bunch of splinters on her face - I managed to remove all but one. This one on her nose was too short to get out and I thought it would eventually work its way out on its own. It is still there and I still can't get it out and probably it has grown into the skin a little do you think? It doesn't look infected at all and doesn't seem to bother her. Is it OK just to leave it there? Will it eventually come out.?

Can you take her to a vet?  They may offer a discounted "stray" rate....
