My cat can't pee

 My cat only feel two feet off the sofa and now his hind legs are not moving and I am expressing his urine, plus there is blood in his urine.  Ziggy is on prednisone and antibiotics for swelling and just in case he has an infection.  It is very difficult going thru this any help would be deeply appreciated.
