Eye problems..pictures attached

Can someone give me an idea as to what cans be going on with my Rambo's eyes? He isn't lethargic..he's active the same. He's eating well. He's an outside cat and I know this is around the time that our condos hardened put out chemicals for bugs, plants, etc. and I'm worried it can be a reaction from that or maybe an allergy?
Btw he's half asleep so his eyes aren't normally that low. When he's awake his eyes are fully open

I've been keeping the area clean by wiping his eyes with a wet cloth. This has been a few days now and it goes and comes

Most likely, he's got conjunctivitis (similar to human pink eye) and he needs to see the vet for some eye drops and maybe an antibiotic.  Keep cleaning his eyes, but get him to the vet today or tomorrow for a check up as it's painful for your kitty.
