No, that's a broken mackerel tabby domestic short hair kitten. He/she looks alot like our kitten, who also has some spots on his belly. Very cute!

I think I agree with Hawthorn.  Unless you do have good proofs he is a bengal, Hawthorns hypothesis must be counted as the main suspect here.   :)
