I apologize for getting off topic, as I realize this is a picture thread. I just feel it's important to pass along the information that's been passed along to me here at TCS.

I've owned cats my whole life, but I never realized how little I knew about cats until I joined this site.

Back to the pictures:

Oksana wasn't too keen on having her picture taken this morning. She treated me like I was paparazzi.

I belong to a cat club and we take in strays, cats who have lost their human for one reason or another and also provide for one feral colony. When we get a cat that is obviously a pure bred such as Persians, Siamese or Main Coons we never advertise them  for adoption as that but as a "mixed" when papers are not available. It makes everyone happy.
That sounds like a positive compromise for all, and hopefully what a lot of the young cats shown in the Petfinder link @Nebula  kindly provided in one of her earlier posts are.

@Mani  , it looks to me as if Sundar is working on his foreleg, shoulder and upper back muscles in his kitty-gym.
A few more pull-ups and he will be an even scarier prospect for Nalah to challenge for the top spot on that tree.

@bigperm20   - Was it a swat and get out of my kitty face, or more like 'That camera is mine!'   ?
  Very cute picture.

I think a lot of us can probably share in your sentiments and learning experience from TCS,  it has certainly opened my mind to a whole new world of knowledge, support, and fun.

If I remember correctly it was getting close to meal time. It was her "Why are you wasting time taking pictures, when you should be feeding me?" smack...

What a magical pair of blue boys.

Problem is we can't tell them apart...

Which I THINK is the one you were holding in your left hand (going by the nose and jaw shape and the nostrils)?   Funnily enough I would be drawn to the same one if based solely on facial appearance.  I'm reckoning anyone who took both would need colour coded collars!

Yea, I agree the one on the left has a little wider nose. However I'm partial to the one on the left. She/he is a doppelganger of my Oksana at that age.

We think they may have been short of milk at some time cause it was real feeding frenzy at mealtime. My wife fed them up when she fostered them and they quietened down except when she fed them chicken and they would then leap at dishes snatching pieces before she could get the dishes on ground. We usually try to get siblings homed together, but find they grow apart as they get older anyway. In this case we think it better to separate them as yes they each seem to egg the other on. One of them loved cuddles and will remain content in your arms and not want to be put on the ground. Wife is missing them heaps but finds our new pair so much more easy to manage.
