Is all fish bad?

There are so many brands out there with some kind of fish.  A lot of them even mix it with their chicken, beef etc. Really makes it hard when trying to find food. There is tuna, herring, salmon, shrimp and lobster. Are they all equally bad for kitties? I know its ok once in a while. But is there a difference in the seafoods?

The bigger fish like tuna build up more toxins like mercury. As a general rule smaller fish like sardines are better. The problem is some foods only list fish or ocean fish, so it's hard to know what you're getting, so you sort of have to assume the worst.

Ok thanks. I have seen so many different kinds of seafood. i was hoping some others would be ok more regularly. Really keeps people from buying their products.

I'd like to know too. But more like things with lobster and shrimp.

I really wish many companys had better options for flavors that don't contain fish. So many I have seen have it add to beef and chicken with no other choices. I know there are companies that do. Its really misleading to those who do not know the risks. 

Sardines sounds pretty awesome to me since I treat the stray cat in my neighborhood with 'em. So far no problem with the cats. Ok I have another question about fish. Which one is more healthier? Raw fish or cooked(boiled fish)?
