Congratulations on the two babies. I love the little black one. Hope the delivery finishes up nicely and mama cat can rest and be proud of what she did.
Such happens, seldom but not unique. Typically they both litters come three weeks apart, both these litters may be healthy....I'm not feeling any other movement. On the other hand, her belly is still quite round. Is it possible she ended up pregnant at two different times?
She is a peculiar cat. Aside from the past ten years, I've spent my life having a cat in my home. I've never seen one like her, that *wants* the human intervention with her babies or to be around people with newborn kittens like this.

IF this is so here, you will not feel the other wave move as yet, or just barely.
Glad you found why she wanted to move her kittens so often, so you can have a working system with her.
Good luck!
I suppose so.... although its impossible to know, unless a vet does check out, best by ultrasound, but good palpation may be enough...
When our cat had her kittens she seemed lost without our help and involvement. She would look at us with her face saying 'I'm sorry! I don't know what I did, but can you help me with these little squirmy things?'. She would have us move them around in the box ( she would lay down with them behind her a lot) and she never cared if we picked them up and took them away from her. It seemed really strange to us because she wasn't even our cat until she had the kitten on our patio.

Today, she comes out and puts her paws on my leg with a loud meow. I have to follow her. Ok, into the bedroom. I thought she wanted the kittens out here, but she took one back in. Turns out she just wanted them on my bed for nursing.
LOL!
