We had a late lunch/early dinner with my husbands family today. I had meatballs, a chicken leg, scalloped potatoes, ham and a few treats (2 cookies and a piece of fudge). Then I was hungry when I came home because that was all I had ate today so I made a hamburger.

Well lets see, today I'm going to have Prawn cocktail for starters, Roast Turkey and Pork, boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, stuffing, roast parsnips and potatoes, pigs in blankets, followed by mince pies and cream. Washed down with a few glasses of bubbly. Merry Christmas everyone xx

We'll be having leftover rabbit stew.  I'm debating about pulling the meat off the bone, and then using it to make risotto instead.

We are having garlic chicken (made with a package of seasoning called So Juicy), potatoes cooked with onion, oil, salt and pepper and salad with Epicure's balsamic dressing.

Oh mama. Prawn cocktail. Nibbling nails. Roast turkey etc got to my finger tips. Mince pies and cream. The tears are beginning to flow. I've never had champers and as it's dry I won't be having it in the near future.
How was your Christmas and get nice pressies?

We are not having dinner tonight, more of a munching kind of thing while watching a few movies.

Grilled wings, stuffed mushrooms, a few crackers and some veggies with pan-fried onion dip, a big sandwich (it's homemade, just made the bread this morning and will put the sandwich together tonight), with just some cookies for dessert. I have a bottle of mint iced tea wine, too. We shall nosh our way into 2014!
