I am thankful to the Lord to be moving this Saturday the 30th & its not supposed to rain or snow... a major blessing with all the loading & unloading to be done!

I received a $10 egift card in my email from a couponing website for shop.ca and used it to get the book I have been wanting to read.
No early Black Friday shopping this morning. Dear Richard got up and gave the furkids their breakfast, so I slept in until about 8:30 or so this morning. (I had gotten up earlier when he started feeding, but said, "Oh the heck with it!" and went back to bed.)
We through the ads and I went through my Black Friday emails. And there really wasn't anything that made it worth going out early. We're going to hit the stores in a couple of hours or so.

I finally bought the coat I wanted on line! It was the same price in the U.S. , so I bought it at Macy'.s free shipping didn't hurt either. It's a London Fog parka. It is a blackberry, actually slightly purple.
I've had a London Fog coat before and absolutely loved it! They are so warm!

I love London Fog....had one years ago and it was a wonderful coat.
It's either a retailer or a coat company. I think my dress coat is from them. I've had it a while now.
London Fog is the brand name of a series of raincoats. I think they are sold in the US but maybe also in the UK?

I went to my local organic food store and found out I'd won their monthly $100 store voucher!
We finally found a new rental! It has much more space and it is located out in the country. We made the agreement today and will move in the last week of December. I wish we could move now, but I don't want to leave our current landlord in a financial lurch. The place is vacant, so we can gradually move our stuff over and clean all month before actually moving in. I think we are just going to eat the last week's worth of rent on the current place so we can move before Christmas.
Oh, I cannot wait to leave the horrible place we have been in for the last 6 months! And there are huge, low windows overlooking the woods that are perfect for the cats. This calls for a happy banana dance...
