Since I have a cold, I decided to just rest with movies today. Monet was keen to the idea. He rarely ever makes buscuits and willingly snuggle with me.

I want to see your kneady cats!

Oh how cute!  My Zoe is ALWAYS making biscuits--but it's usually at 5:30 a.m. or so and I'm in bed, so I don't have any photos!  In fact, after this morning's biscuit-making on my arm, I realized it's time to clip her nails.

Here's one of Beans at about 6 months. She just had just gotten home from being spayed and had the cone on her head.

She still loves to make biscuits today. She will come and knead on my belly while I'm laying down. I think she sees me as her "momma cat".

Aww, Monet knew Mommy wasn't feeling good, &  kitty cuddles always help!
I haven't been able to catch Angel doing it long enough for a picture yet.

Sense I'm half Italian I started calling it "making pizza."
(& sense I usually make some on the weekends)

I like that. In my experience, it's actually a lot more like making pizza dough than biscuit dough anyway.

Well, I cheat a little, ha,ha.  I actually buy the pizza crust packets from Walmart that you mix w/ half a cup of hot water. Easy & quick! Why not!  only around .50 cents each!  BUT, you do still kneed out the dough to shape into your pizza. I find that one makes a small to med. pizza & 2 make a nice large. (I have the largest stone from Pampered chef, 15 & 1/2 "   & 2 pkts. will fit it & be about a hand tossed thickness).

Yeah, I always know when it's time to clip their claws by whether they prick me when they knead! Both of mine do it, but if I reach for the camera, they stop because something interesting is going on that they want to be involved in. Silly cats.

How do you guys get your cats to keep on doing whatever cute thing it is they're doing while you're getting the camera? I just keep getting a lot of "curious cat looking at the camera" shots!

Not easy getting the pics for me!  You're right, if the kitties know I'm taking a pic, they want to see what I'm doing....but lots of times I'll have my iPhone nearby and I can sneak in a photo before they know what I'm doing.  LOL

The trick is to keep your cellphone in your pocket all the time, and your camera next to you on the bed.
