I have a male mainecoon that is three years old. He started to get these  two redish bald spots on his face near his nose. It isnt a wound, it wasnt bleeding.
He is an indoor cat, so im not sure what this is? Ringworm?

If someone has an idea how can i treat this? With some kind of ointment?

Sorry I missed this yesterday. Welcome to TCS. I think a vet visit would be the best thing you could do for him. There are a number of things it could be.

 Hi
and welcome to TCS. I also agree that first he should have a full exam by your vet. I have experienced ringworm with my beloved Maia a couple years ago, and the first symptom/outbreak didn't look anything like that. It actually was only diagnosed after a skin biopsy as a precaution because my vet was pretty sure it was not Ringworm. Once fungal test came back positive she was on a strict topical treatment over a minimal of 8 weeks, and a list of other precautions to clean her environment as well. So important to have skin cultures done, such a simple skin irritation could be anything from a parasite, fungal infection, or even a simple extreme allergy.
