Congratulations everyone who lost and roughly maintained

@RavenCorbie, as soon as you eat or drink coffee it's not even worth stepping on the scale, it seems to add pounds. First thing tomorrow will be a true reflection.

As for me, l'm 176.8 AGAIN! l didn't go up or down at all (which is wonderful, because l ate 2 tubs of ice cream this week!!! And l don't even like ice cream)

OMG! Don't even look at the state of my mirror - that's embarrassingly disgusting!

lt stays at ground level for the cats to use, so it's nose drippings, lol.

Anyway, the slightly improved me so far. One-third the way to my goal.

Looking GOOD!!!  Congrats!  Keep on it you will get there soon.

Don't worry about mirror.  I lost 2 to a dog aggressive dog who smashed into and broke mirror then dumped other one as he would get bad.  Now between the many cats and 2 dogs...that is pretty normal unless I do windows daily

But the twins are healthier!!! And you will live longer.  No sense having bigger ones if your not around long!

Good job though!!!  I got a bit of a cold and been drinking warmed up green tea with honey from arizona, not the best but comforting!
Yeah, I know!  But, when the Twin Peaks turn into the Twin Anthills, I worry that they will no longer be a tourist attraction...

I tried on a dress that I bought last year, and wasn't crazy about it on me. Now, the waist is looser, the dress is a bit longer, due to skimming over the Twin Peaks and the Bulgy Foothills areas, so I now like it! Also, the other day, I put on a bangle bracelet, which is meant to be opened before putting on your wrist. I never could slip it on without opening it--and it slid on easily over my hand!

I also wore a sweater from last December that is now getting too loose, especially at the neckline.

Also, I bought a new skirt in a smaller size last week, and wore it last Friday. I wore it yesterday, 1 week later--and it's looser in the waist.

However, despite all of the above, I still have a long way to go...

Ok, guys--keep up the great work, and stay on track. If I can do this, you can too!

I love your descriptions:p

I know the feeling with bracelets as many wont fit and that is just about the only thing I would wear as rings and earings are OUT!!!

Wow that new skirt sounds GREAT!  good job!

I am looking to get to 200 but preferably loose 100 to be 180ish.  I am large boned and I do not want to be to skinny at all.

Wow, lots of major progress in this thread! I still have my extra weight from vacation. I also have not been eating the best either. :anon: We've had a few birthday meals that have involved enormous pieces of strawberry shortcake.

It's like I have forgotten how I was eating! My husband and I have both said that come tomorrow we are back at it, full force.

Inspired by few of you...I went and got out 2 pairs of jeans that have gotten tighter over last few months/year.  One fits GREAT the other is just a bit tight in thighs but my thighs are huge.  I can't wait to show husband tonight. Been walking 1-2 miles a day.  1 if I walk with him 2 if I walk each dog by self(1 is calm one is hyper and I like to be able to focus on her)

I can't wait to go out somewhere and wear them!

LOL!  Yup!!!  I REALLY can not wait to hit 269 as it has been a longgggggggggg time, have been in 70/80's but 269 will make all this real.  I wish I felt more at ease walking daytime but I just feel like idiot going out.  not from weight at all just anxiety in general.

I got a compliment on my "sexy" legs today from a (female) co-worker!  I wore a new skirt, with open-mesh, striped/patterned black stockings. A few people complimented me on those, too.

Even though my legs never seem to get much smaller (they are what I'd call "shapely", as opposed to "fat") when I lose more weight, I'm hoping to be able to wear normal-shaft knee boots this Fall. I have curvy calves, and short legs at that.  I have a lot of trouble getting knee boots zipped over my calves at the mid-point. I think it's due more to the shape and the curve being where it is on my short legs, than fat--they are solid, muscular calves, and this has always been true regardless of being thin/fat.  Maybe taking some of what little fat is there off will help? I love knee boots, and want to be normal like everyone else!

You are doing so well catsallaround. You are not alone with the anxiety. I'm ok in general but I hate parties and meeting new people terrifies me. Here's a big hug from me to you :)

Well, I lost a few pounds this week. I think it would have been five if I didn't overindulge in the salsa I made yesterday.

Wow, Karen, congratulations! Excellent job!

Catsallaround, you go, woman! Kudos to the "new" jeans! That's fantastic!

And Barbara, how cool is that? You have sexy legs! Yay, you! You go ahead and rock your boots!

Andrya......
 NEXT WEEK!

I stayed the same.....darn it.

Not been eating the best this past week. It's been a very busy and stressful week, especially at work, and I tend to fall by the wayside when I'm stressed and depressed. I still haven't learned. I guess I should be glad that I didn't gain...at least I didn't do that.
