Kinda confused need help.

So my female cat named Diamond might be pregnant I mean she has gotten bigger around the tummy area but I know females are suppose to have their nips get bigger and o thought well maybe I'll just watch and see of they get bigger. Her belly keeps getting bigger and bigger but her nips stay the same and she has kinda been nesting but not really she's just been all over me and follows me everywhere. What do I do? Is she pregnant?

If she's not spayed and allowed access to outside or males, then it is very highly likely that she is pregnant Sad considering there's so many unwanted babies already in this world. No one can tell you for sure though except for a veterinarian.

It is sad and if she is pregnant then I will defiantly make sure the kittens go to very good homes I work at the humane society and its sad seeing all those cats with no homes I just want to take them all home with me. So when or if she has kittens I'll make sure they go to people I know. If I can't trust them they don't get a kitten. I know that sounds kinda harsh but I don't like how animals get treated these days. But thank you for the reply

No problem! Definitely make sure they go to good homes, if you work at the Humane Society they may give you a good deal on getting mama and all kittens fixed so you know they will not be reproducing and adding to overpopulation in their new homes. And PLEASE get your cat fixed.  Am very surprised you haen't, given you have no illusions about the problems of too many cats and kittens.

You won't necessarily see her nipples get bigger like that, for instance I recently pulled a momma cat who was "on the cart" at the shelter, which means waiting her turn to be euthanized.

While normall I would have her spayed, I have a very hard time aborting kittens who are ready to be born at any minute, so off to my cat room and 2 days later they were born.

I checked her nipples often, never seeing that they were getting bigger or liquid was there, and she still had them!

You saved her life and the life of all the kittens I hope they get good homes and a good parent like you and I was going to get her sprayed then I noticed she was getting bigger so I waited then ground out she was pregnant.
