Black fur randomly becoming white

I've been reading about black cats turning brown/grey/white and it seems pretty common, except there appears to be one difference between my cat and the describtions of the other cats: her white fur isn't always "coming in" in localized areas. I've read about how the frequent sun exposure to specific areas, aging, shaving, lack of nutrition, genetics, and frequent areas of handling can alter the color of areas like the stomach.

Poe is approximately 2 years old, its winter and I'm surrounded by trees (aka lots of shade), she's fed raw lamb and Addictions Brushtail (wet and dehydrated raw), and these aren't areas I frequently handle her. She does have a growing white patch on her neck/chest area, but that seems common for a Bombay, albiet older Bombays. She also sprouted a huge spot of white where she was shaved when she was spayed. At least I assume that because she'd just been spayed when I got her. Her armpits were loosely white and might be slightly whiter.

These don't bother me so much. I figure that it's more likely a genetics thing since these are localized and she might be prone to 'greying' early, like some humans. It's the random white hairs popping up on her forleg and slowly climbing up said leg with no pattern or grouping, and now the same thing is happening to her back, with even less grouping, that concern me. Could genetics cause it, where it groups in some areas and totally random in others? Is it a nutrition defiency? Something else? I had been giving her extra taurine, but with recent events she's gone 2-3 weeks without the additional taurine. I figured it wasn't that big of a deal since she's eating raw and high-quality canned meat (contains apples). Is raw meat and high-quality meat not enough for a cat's crazy high-taurine needs? I figured it was or else stray and feral cats would be in a lot of extra trouble.

She also has a crazy amount of allergies, where she seems to be allergic to all sold meats except brushtail, lamb, and venison. Heck, she had a reaction to salmon so severe that the vet was shocked and said she'd never seen a case so severe. She's not prone to affection like a normal cat, she only purrs for food, but she loves to cuddle me under blankets. When I first got her she had a problem understanding how to not land on her head when she caught her toys. I read that Bombays start off mentally slow but then when they start to transtion to an adult cat their intelligence rapidly increases until they're smarter than the average cat. That did happen. The reason I mention all of this is because someone suspected bad breeding for all of the above reasons. That would explain it, except I don't want to brush it off because of one person's opinion.

Other than that, she seems like a healthy young cat. Very agile, smart, high energy, drinking regularly, and eating regularly when she isn't being finicky. She even brings me toys and demands play time.

BTW, I did contact the vet. However, I'm still asking on the forum because last time I posted a thread and called the vet, the answer on the forum was the right one and the vet's answer would've caused more problems (that vet is gone, luckily). I do plan to give her the additional taurine again, but unless white fur can pop up within 3 weeks, these occurred while I gave her that taurine source. I should mention it's kitten powdered milk. I wasn't able to get my hands on taurine-only items quick enough but this powder substance has a high taurine count. It doesn't contain any known allergens either. I do have two other cats and one did get a small, sparse white spot but he's sick and getting old. The other one is half white already so who knows.

Update: My vet says its either skin problems or stress. I doubt its skin problems since it's one hair per 1 sq. in. pratically. Stress... well, perhaps having a cat she has mixed feelings for is causing it. Or maybe she's just mad she can't hunt the birds outside the window :p
