my cat seems to be losing balance i have been told it cud be an ear imnfection cud u help as he aint eating and last nite he was sick all over

Hi Rachaeel and Welcome to TCS! If you could give more information about your kitty maybe someone could give you a more accurate idea of what "might" be wrong. It could be an ear infection which would cause this. It could also be a lot of other things. Please call the vet as soon as you can and have a vet look at your kitty. His not eating is a concern, especially for a kitten that age. Try to offer him some wet food until you can get someone to look at him. If he's not eating or drinking all weekend try to get him to an emergency vet. At that age, they can dehydrate quickly. Sending vibes
