hi everyone!

seeing as i'm a new girl, i'll introduce you to me and my kitties. i have two, a tortoiseshell female, answering to the name of flossie, and t'other one is oscar. he's black and white, and less than a year old, so still a kitten. i've had flossie since she was born (cos i looked after her mum), and she's nine years old now, and in no mood to deal with oscar, though she does. oscar i more of a thief, a bully and an escape artist.

he scared the living daylights out of me, the other night. i'd shut him up in the kitchen (i live in a flat), and oscar decided he didn't want to stay there on his own, so he jumped up at the door handle, and let himself out. living in a flat, makes it easy for him to find me, which he did. i hadn't shut my bedroom door tightly (i never do, cos of the funny shaped handle), and he came in, thus scaring me. it was late and i was in bed, reading... and not expecting a seven month old kitten to come visiting me, cos he wants company! lol i've since found a way to keep him in the kitchen at night. during the day i don't mind.

well, that's my cats. now for me. my name, briarfall is taken from two cats from my favourite books, the warriors, briarlight and brackenfall. obviously, i like reading. i do prefer paper books as opposed to ebooks, but, i have kindle and a kindle type book thingy on my phone. so, late at night, if i can't sleep, i may come on here. oh, and i'd like to post a few pics of my cats, but i'd probably need a bit of help. i also like playing with oscar, chucking flossie off my chair, and playing on either of my ds's (i have 3), my pc, or my phone. about my pc chair. i paid 30 quid (pounds) for it, and if my botty isn't on it, it gets hijacked by either flossie or oscar. seriously, i've asked them to give me the money and they can have the chair. neither will. buuut, i will admit to having a folded up blanket on the seat. they like that, and the fact my bum warms it, when i'm sat on it. the chair, i mean. *shuts up*
