two of my three cats have been vomiting abnormally often, couple times a week. They seem fine otherwise, no weight loss, plenty of energy. Well today I was out working in the back yard where they roam around and noticed my single mesquite tree had dropped dozens of seed pods on the ground. I did some research and mesquite beans are not supposed to be toxic to animals -- cows and deer eat them all the time. But maybe cats are more sensitive, digestion-wise. Anyway, I raked up some, but not all of the pods, they are still out there and I wanted to see if anybody else has noticed this problem with their cats who go outdoors in the proximity of mesquite trees.
