My kitty wont drink but will eat?

Today I got a new kitty her name is snowy. I was wondering if anyone can help me she is really being weird.

Well snowy eats her food well but she doesn't want to drink her water I think she's terrified of it or it's just my other cat Sarah (Profile picture) Because they keep fighting.  (http://www.thecatsite.com/t/245166/my-cats-are-hating-each-other)

Snowy had all her needles (need some in future) She has been de-wormed, and fixed. 

Age: 2 months

Colour: White and grey

Breed: I don't know (look at my profile)

Sex: Female

Please help me figure out what's going on please. (Either write here or a PM)

Is she eating canned food? If so, that might be enough moisture for her. A lot of cats who eat canned food don't drink water because the food has enough. If not, and you think your other cat is bullying her away from the water dish, you need to provide her with a safe place to eat, drink, and use the litterbox.

We mix her food but okay thanks for the suggestion! ~Slikkuz

You can also add some extra water to her food at meal time too.
