Hi, I would be so very grateful if anyone could help me, I am a very frequent visitor to Qatar (every 3 mnths) and have become very aware of the feral population of cats who live outside of our complex and dine by way of what we throw out (wheeliebins). I am heartbroken to have witnessed yesterday a seriously injured/ill cat who has obviosly been hit by a car at some time who is unable to fend for itself, starving, severely dehydrated and in pain outside the gates of where I am staying. I have given it some food and water but obviously this is far from adequate. I have contacted various agencies to see if I can get some assistance......frankly I'm gutted that there is little or no help available. I don't mind admitting I have shed tears over this poor animal and can think of nothing else. Can anyone help me get this poor creature some help? Even the loan of a trap or box would help?

I found the text in this book spot on, but the illustrations aren't helpful at all. Good over all book

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

Thank you for helping this poor cat, it's truly heartbreaking
Keep looking in because the majority of members are in the US, so it'll be another few hours before they come on yet. In the meantime does no one know of a vet or animal hospital nearby?

The poor cat
Quatar near africa?I just did a quick search and found this for you http://www.qaws.org/contact/contact.php i don't know if they're any help to you,but they've got a facebook page too,try posting on their page as well because if lots of people see it on there page there might be someone local who can help you,
http://www.facebook.com/qaws.org?sk=wall&filter=2
if i were you though i would get a thick cardboard box and make holes in it for air and get a blanket and try and catch the poor thing because those third world countries don't really care enough to do anything about sickly cats, they pick them up and put them in refuse trucks while there still alive
one of my friends lives in Alex in egypt and they just leave them to die,it's not that they don't care but they just think that allah gave them that life and it's not their business to interfere with gods will
if you try catching him just throw the blanket over the cat and quickly grab him and put him in the box

Oh dear
the poor little kitty. I will pray you can somehow trap this little one and get it to a vet and if they say nothing can be done then at least it won't be suffering anymore. Mega vibes that you can trap this cat today
