A day or so ago, I mentioned doing something if anyone was interested involving cat stories, humourous and serious, also involving tips etc. I was sounding out the ground and now believe it would be viable- however, I can try and put things together - stories etc, then would need someone out there to put forward to someone.
This could be sold to cat people - if we could get someone interested in the publishing world and any profits - go straight to cat charities as mentioned by people on TCS.
Would like to hear of some of these stories and if need be, can be emailed direct - also would love photos etc etc etc to be included.
Any offers?
Kev

If you like I can look into the legalities of this. Not sure how it would work if you used someone's story or incident from the board, if you would need their permission to publish it, or because it is on the internet it is then considered fair game? It is a good idea and it has been done before with ideas about cats taken off the Internet. The book is called 277 Secrets Your Cat Wants You To Know. Basically the authors compiled all the information about cat behavior, care and health into one book added humorous stories and some lessons about cat care in an easy to use and fun to read style, using your same concept that you have here.

I hate strange numbers - therefore - 300 is better - please go for it as you see fit. You are a far better knowledged person than I am in these matters.

Best wishes

I wasn't stealing your idea. I just belong to The Cat Writers' Association and I can pose the idea to the group and ask for feedback, then email you with what I find out? Trust me, I am working on two books right now, a kitten book and a book about ferals- I don't need a third-
