Do you use a laptop or a desk top?
Have both; at home use the desk top, on the road (I'm never on the road anymore), I use my Compaq.

Do you use a bluetooth or other hands-free device when talking on the cell phone while driving??

No, I don't drive.
Do you like sleeping with your windows open when the weather's nice?

Absolutely!!! And only because I live upstairs. Wouldn't do it if I lived downstairs. Love that fresh air, the stars, trees whispering in the wind... ahhhhhhh

Do you leave your front and/or back door unlocked when you're away from the house?

Yes, I leave my front door unlocked because I don't have a copy of the key yet.

When I'm home I like to have everything locked.

What kind of car do you drive?

LOL (waaaaaaaaaaaaa) I had a brand new Nissan Murano, loved it a lot; money ran out awaiting permanent disability, had to sell it and many other things, had lent my old car to my maw who, at the same time was given an epidural in neck that caused Brown-Sequard syndrome (very rare), she's in walker, have my old
'98 Ford Explorer back. It's a good 'ole chap of a car!

Do you live in a big city, the country, rural, or what kind of environment do you live in?

I live in a rural area. There are lots of ranches, horses, working dogs, and there is a lot of wildlife (mountain lions, bobcats, coyotes, javelina, rattlesnakes, scorpions, gila monsters, etc). It used to be more rural, but there's been a lot of building quite close.

Ahhhhhhh sounds like country, how wonnnnnnderful!! (minus the building!)

What is your idea of a perfect day?
Well, no pain, extra weight, depression or other mental disorders; I'd be riding horses on the 100s of miles of beach here in Pismo Beach, then (feeling no pain after riding all day), I would beam to some of my favorite salsa clubs in L.A. and still have the stamina I had when I was in my dancing days and I'd be spinning, getting dipped, flipped, all of that; afterwords going to listen to some Latin or Brazilian jazz at La Ve Lee in Studio City (whichever is playing that night). Hit Jerry's sandwich shop down the road with friends and then go home so fulfilled I'd just drop to bed, not even brushing my teeth, exhausted (ew, but worth it). Wouldn't have been drinking, just water when I dance.

Okay, What is your idea of a perfect evening?

My idea of a perfect evening is one with no phones ringing, no TV, just absolute quiet with a good book.
What's on your computer desk besides your computer?

A better question would be "what isn't on your computer desk'?

Stacks of paperss, cds, and (gasp) floppies, most of them pertaining to the genealogy I'm working on; books, a small box with hair from my dear departed Belle, an action figure of a witch from 'The Golden Compass' movie, doll shoes, a buckeye, a Halloween tombstone, 3 Beanie Baby Peace bears----honestly, way to much to list.

Would you clean up first if you had a maid coming in?

First off, in my dreams would I have a maid
. But, if I did, I would have to pick up all of the cat toys and stuff all over the floor. And yes, I would have to clean up a bit before the maid
But, since I am the maid, can't someone clean up before me?????????

Is the inside of you car clean and organized or messy and cluttered?

No question, so I'm just gonna post one.

Ideally, if money were no object, what would your life be like?

Feel a lot more financially secure and know I wouldn't ever be homeless. A big one for me.

If you were homeless, where would you reside?

I assume I'd still have my car, but sleeping in a 67 Mustang doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun. Luckily, 2 of my brothers live close by so I'm sure one of them would put me up.

Are you the only crazy-cat-lady in your family?

Well, the other members of my family like cats, but I'd say I'm the only crazy-cat-lady.
Is your cats purr loud or soft?

Some of them purr softly, while some of the others sound like they could qualify for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway races!

Would you rather go to a circus or the fair?
