Anybody remember Turtle? a lot of you do, I know. Her daddy and I are good buds. We went together to get take this puny sick little kitty off of death row at the shelter. She was deathly ill with an untreated URI, went to the vet and jumped off the exam table and broke her leg, then had to deal with a roommate that "smacked" her. Well all that trauma is over now and she has blossomed into a stunning tortie girl and there is no denying the fact that she is a daddy's girl!!!
Well, her daddy is moving to Florida in 4 months and taking Turtle with him!! I'm very sad to be losing my buddy, but I'm REALLY going to miss Turtle!!! We get one last visit together next month when I baby sit her for a week while he goes down to look for a place to live. You guys, she has such a sense of humor and loves to make people laugh so I think it'll be healing for me.
