I know that most of you live on the other side of the world to me but I just wonder what you like to eat for breakfast. If it's a brand or such I haven't heard of, Google is my friend

I like to eat some Uncle Toby's Shredded Wheat with milk (of course) and honey... Yum!

So what's for breakfast?

Mostly I have breakfast (if any-sometimes I just have a cupof tea, I cannot do without my tea in the morning) when I have taken the kids to school, this morning I went to tesco and bought a chocolate croissant yuuummmy, I love croissants. The kids love shreddies, sugar puffs and at the minute my youngest daughter is into high school musical chocolate shapes
I love nothing better though than a good old fry up full english breakfast. I had one every morning when we were on holiday washed down with a cup of tea.x

I eat either cereal with non-fat half and half and fruit or non-fat Greek yogurt with fruit. Sometimes I get a bagel on the weekends. So predictable.

I never eat breakfast. I can't stomach it, eating before lunch time (or being awake for a few hours at least) makes me nauseous and then makes my blood sugar start dropping like crazy and I feel like I'm going to pass out at around 10am. Never have been able to eat breakfast, even when I was a child. No clue why. lol

I'm not a huge breakfast eater. I usually eat something fast and light. Most days I have either a piece of fruit, yogurt, granola or a granola bar.

I love breakfast but it just depends on what my mood is like and what's in the house. I usually have Vanilla Up & Go's for breakfast. Today I had 2 slices of cold pizza.

Lately I have been eating Special K Chocolatey Delight with 2% milk....it is so good. They have a lot of flavors(cinnamon pecan, blueberry, strawberry...), that is my cereal of choice for breakfast. I might also have a small container of greek or soy yogurt, or a piece of fruit depending on what we have. And a cup of coffee or hot chocolate depending on my mood

During the week, I'll come into work and have a large mug of coffee. Then, around 10:00 or so, I'll slice a Granny Smith apple for my breakfast. That's it.

There are times when DH and I have scheduled an all-day shopping trip at the outlets and then we'll stop some place for breakfast. I do love breakfast, but I don't have time to deal with it on a work morning. And I refuse to grab just a PopTart or a bagel....I'd rather just go without. Even on weekends, it's rare for me to have breakfast.

However, there are times when DH and I will have breakfast for supper. I'll make a nice omelet or a frittata and we'll have that with some fruit or a toasted English muffin. Maybe about once every other month or so, he'll suggest breakfast for supper.

I love breakfast!!! And now that I've joined Weight Watchers, I plan my breakfast the night before....LOL!
Sometimes it's a whole wheat English muffin with two tablespoons of Weight Watchers whipped cream cheese and a tablespoon of low-sugar jam, plus 1/2 cup of orange juice and (always) the coffee.

Sometimes it's 1/4 cup of egg substitute, scrambled with onions, plus the oj, and the English muffin and the coffee. Or it could be a smoothie made with non-fat plain yogurt and 3 kinds of fruit....or a homemade raisin bran muffin with oj.....or oatmeal with 1/2 cup of fruit on top.

I absolutely need to have breakfast and really look forward to it.

Oh...*sigh*...I've really gotten into planning all my meals. I'm finding it great fun.

This morning I had a bowl of Special K Satisfaction cereal and a probiotic yogurt.
I also have to have my morning coffee! I always share my yogurt with Pria.
She goes INSANE for it.

I like a lot of different healthy cereals, whole wheat and multigrain toasts, whole wheat waffles with sugar free jam is a favorite too.
