What a rocking orchestra looks like

I suspect most of us have forgotten the Montserrat volcano disaster. But this was at a fund raiser for it. Invite all the stars who've enjoyed the island. Throw in a huge orchestra. Hold it in a fantastic a hall. How can we lose?

I don't recognize him. Who is he?

I'd guess he's the percussionist for the orchestra, reading his music as he usually does in a performance.
