But in figured sense....

but the problem is this....

No Coke and Coffee for 15 days at least!...
...

I´m a coffee drinker, usually drinks daily 2 cups of coffee one early morning and the next on afternoon close to the sunset...
call it a ritual but indeed is it...
.....

Seriously man, I need caffeine!...
what I going to do?????
My kingdom for a cup of coffee....

Awww for getting through this tough time. I understand totally I'm a die hard coffee fan.

BUT I hear getting off the caffeine is like going off drugs or stopping smoking there is a bit of withdrawal...hmm can you eat coffee flavored ice cream? OR do you chew gum? maybe that will take your mind off caffeine for the duration?

OR can you drink tea? Its gentler but still has caffeine. I know my sister had to switch to tea when she was being treated for a stomach ulcer.

I sorta know your pain. I did 4 cups before PG and had to cut back to one which I split during the day. It's tough. Lots of water helps. It's almost like quitting smoking.

Oh Rigel, you poor man! Do you have to cut out ALL caffeine? Mt. Dew is loaded with it.
As someone who drinks 4-5 cups thru out the day, I can really feel your pain.
Stay strong, my friend!

I don't drink coffee, but am so addicted to Diet Coke that I have this magnet on my refrigerator: Give me my Diet Coke in the morning and no one gets hurt.

DH quit all caffeine for about 9 months one time. We were on vacation, and somewhere in Utah I decided to buy him a cup of coffee at a gas station. His caffeine-free "attitude" was ruining my vacation. He had one sip, gave me a huge smile and thanked me. The vacation was fun after that.

Hang in there my friend! Having that first cup of coffee will be something to look forward to.

Rigel are you allowwed caffeine-free coffee? If it's the caffeine that caused your problem, caffeine-free is another way to go and it tastes good too.

I feel your pain, a month ago the doctor suggested I replace at least half of my seven to eight cups a day with water.
Doing so fixed several minor issues that I hadn't even been aware of, but the primary problem was unaffected.
So now I'm slow and grumpy with dizzy spells instead of just dizzy.
