My "unique" looking rescue kitten, Bowser!

I saw this little guy at a cat adoption event sponsored by a local rescue organization, and I immediately KNEW I had to have him! He was all alone, as all of his litter mates had been adopted. I thought he might be mean, because he looked so angry, but when I took him out of the cage he melted in my arms and wouldn't stop purring. I've had him for a couple months now, and he is the sweetest, most amazing cat I have ever had.
He always gets comments because of his angry eyebrows and super long limbs that he has yet to grow into :P

I apologize in advance for the abundance of photos - I'm really into photography and he's my favorite subject to practice on!

Taken the day I got him - his belly was shaved from surgery to fix an umbilical hernia:

Caught him in the act of chasing his tail:

My roommate, his puppy, and Bowser relaxing on the couch:

Playtime - they absolutely love each other!

My friends bought him a sweater as a joke, but he didn't find it too amusing!!

After a bath

and just so they don't feel left out, these are my two kitties I've basically grown up with who live back home with my parents. Abby (grey and white) is 10, and Rudy (maine coon mix) is 9. Both are also rescues.

Oh my, he is just the cutest little thing I have ever seen!!!!! The "angry eyes" had me laughing out loud, it makes him look so expressive! You will have a great time taking his photos, I think he needs a blog. You'll certainly be able to get plenty of awesome submissions for icanhascheezburger.com!

Yeah, he absolutely adores me! When I call him, he comes running from anywhere in the house and starts chirping. He doesn't answer to anyone else who calls him :P He also gives me kisses on my hands all the time and I often wake up in the middle of the night to see him sleeping on my chest. He's my baby!

Here are a few I took this morning - he makes the cutest faces!

See what I mean about his legs? They're so long compared to the rest of his body! He's really lanky!

Also, I was wondering... does anyone know how old he might be? The lady who rescued him believes he was born in early September, but I think he looks a bit older than that.

It's so hard to tell - a vet should be able to give you a better idea. But I'd have to agree - he does look older than 4 months! That's usually when they get their adult teeth, and he clearly has all of his. He may be more like 6 - 7 months (which is more in line with regular kitten season).

He does make the funniest faces!

...and he'll probably grow into those legs! Though one of our kitties is really "tall" and long... he had very gangly legs and HUGE looking feet when he was younger.

OK, it is sort of a tradition at this site that when you post knock down drag out gorgeous pictures of your kitty to put something like, "Cuteness Warning," as part of your title so we have an opportunity to prepare ourselves. You've boweled me over twice now this these amazing photos of your guy and it isn't fair. Otherwise, I gasp and promptly fall out of my lounge chair!:l ol3:

Wow, he is just the most gorgeous little man that I have ever seen, his eyes and facial features are amazing, just gorgeous, I am in love

I was looking at his teeth also! It looks like he has most, if not all, of his adult teeth, which would make him at least 6 months old. He makes the most adorable faces. I don't think I'm going to get tired of looking at his pictures. You have to keep us posted on his growth. It will be fun to watch as he grows into his feet and legs! It looks like he's going to be a big one.

I think he lost a tooth the other day... I caught him chewing on a blanket and his mouth was a little bloody. It didn't seem to bother him and he's fine now, so I'm pretty sure it was a tooth. I'll definitely keep everyone updated on his growth! I can't stop taking pictures of him!

Make sure to monitor the boards because there is usually a contest for the next year's TCS calendar, and he would be a GREAT addition to the calendar!!!

ETA: there is a contest for every month, and there are three winners per month. And every month has a theme. Obviously they have to do December and November early in the year to include them in the calendar...

Bowser is a very handsome man. I don't think he looks angry at all!
