Trim Hope's Christmas Tree

Hope Hacker started this thread for the past two years, asking members to decorate the tree she created.


In memory of Hope, let's all decorate her tree.

I'm going to repost the tree I worked hard on last year

I didn't personally know Hope, but I've read her posts and have seen what she meant to those who did know her here on TCS. I think this is a beautiful way to remember her this holiday season...

Here is my submission:





Hope, I know that you are looking down on all of us (including our kitties and even those of us, like me, who never had the opportunity to meet you. Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanza, and a Happy New Year to all.

What a thoughtful idea Karen! I know Hope would be pleased!

Does that mean I can use my usual angel tree topper?

Hope would definitely love this I start working on mine.

I have no idea how to decorate one, and not even sure I have the right program to do it in but its a wonderful idea and tribute to Hope

I think it is wonderful to continue Hope's tree. I will try to do one

These beautiful trees are a wonderful way to honor Hope's memory.

I had forgotten that Hope started this. What a great way to honor her memory and keep her in our hearts this season. I'll start working on mine tonight.

I don't use the fancy programs and just use the paint program that should have come with windows (if you're using that). Yeah, mine aren't as pretty as some of them, but it's definitely a challenge...especially if you are artisiticly disabled like I am. But, it's fun.

Ok, here's my sad little tree...the star and angel definitely need work, but I loved every minute of it. You're in our hearts Hope.
