I got a gift from my SS!! - 2009 SS Gift Thread

It does suck
I make it a point to listen to all great philosopher gnome/llama/Darksiders!
When my present gets here, I will open! (Unless it's very close to Christmas...then I may need some coaxing.)
I picked up my package at the post office from my SS today, but haven't opened it yet. I'm not sure if I want to do it now, or wait till Christmas.
I think my SS is trying to be extra sneaky this year. There's a label on the box which has the mailing address of Aunty Em's creations, but is that really who my SS is??
I think she/he is trying to throw me off track!
I think I need to point out an FYI for my SS: The package is pretty banged up, and looks as if it's been re-tapped.
I sure hope that everything my SS sent is indeed in the box. I will be sure to take an exact inventory of what's in the package so I can let my SS know if whether or not everything arrived safely.

Kittkat- that's a shame about the condition of your parcel. That happened to me one year and some stuff had been removed by customs.

As promised, here are pictures! We were thoroughly spoiled! I'm pretty sure I know who my SS is, but just awaiting confirmation!
Here's the box. As I walked into the apartment it was waiting on the table. It was huge!

The blanket is SO soft! I'm curled up in it right now. And I'm about to go have some hot chocolate and Tim Tams. I haven't done the Tim Tam Slam this year, so I think I'll do that. The cookies are excellent! FH agrees as well! The sugar cookies are really good, and the other cookies are awesome! Both the cookies, along with the chocolate, are about half gone
Thank you SO much SS! We love everything, and the kitties really love their toys! Namine was all over that pink toy. I don't know what it is with her and pink toys, but she goes nuts for anything pink.

What my dear SS packaged up was: an assorted bag of Lindt truffles, a picture frame already holding a picture of my two boys (SNEAKY!), soft, fuzzy socks, kitty socks, 2 year planner with a cute kitten on the front, a kitten calendar, a Yankee candle with Fresh Linen scent, a cat coffee mug filled with hot coco packets, a cat pin, a nail file and holder, a photo keychain, and a tiny bottle of my perfume, Versace Bright Crystal (which is the perfect size for travel). My SS sent for the boys two small satchels filled with 'nip, two bags of treats, a wand toy with silver ribbon, and a laser pointer.
I'm still waiting on confirmation, but I think I've figured out who it is.
And if I forgot to mention a specific gift, I apologize. I just got back from a conference, so I'm a bit addled.

Ha, it took me all of an hour to open it. The darkside is strong this year. Plus, Gigi had a bad vet experience today so I needed to brighten her day. Yep, that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it.
I took many pics but need to resize them. We were totally spoiled by our SS! Loved them all! Will post the pics tomorrow after work since I need to get to bed!
Awesome gifts ladies
Some of us go overboard. Don't let it worry you. I would rather have one inexpensive gift that showed thought and consideration than a box full of gifts that looked like someone's mad shopping spree.
That said, I have come off very well both years I've participated. I've gotten some very considerate Secret Santas. I got BOTH volume and thought!
